GCDO recognizes the important role of women, youth, families, and community members in creating sustainable change. We seek to promote opportunities for participation, skills development, awareness, livelihoods, and community engagement, while ensuring that programs are appropriate to the local context.
We aim to strengthen people’s ability to make informed decisions, access opportunities, and contribute to the development and resilience of their communities.
